Become a MA Certified Renovation Supervisor by successfully completing this hands-on training, allowing you to do lead-safe renovation, repair and painting (RRP) work. As of 2015, the MA Lead- Safe Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule and the HUD Lead Safe Housing Rule, require certified/trained personnel for working in all pre- 1978 residential and commercial housing and child-occupied facilities.
