Stirn Auditorium, Wednesday, March 2 4 pm Join us for a lecture by Steven Nelson, director of the UCLA African Studies Center and professor of African and African American art history at UCLA as he investigates works by Mark Bradford, María Magdalena Campos-Pons, Houston Conwill, Moshekwa Langa, and Julie Mehretu?artists who reshape our understanding of African ancestry, diaspora, and urban spaces. Followed by a reception at the Mead.
