About Us
Balanced Birch Studio is a vibrant Classical Pilates® and GYROTONIC® studio based in
Amherst, MA. We are a welcoming wellness community committed to helping clients improve
their well-being through mindful movement. We’re currently seeking a dependable and
personable Office Administrator to support our studio operations and outreach.
Position Overview
As our Office Administrator, you’ll help keep our studio running smoothly while contributing to
our marketing and community engagement efforts. Responsibilities include:
● Assisting with social media and promotional activity
● Creating and distributing flyers throughout the Pioneer Valley
● Supporting client communication and engagement
● Coordinating small events and studio activities
● Providing light administrative support
This position is ideal for individuals seeking meaningful, flexible part-time work —
including retired or semi-retired professionals, career changers, or anyone looking to
stay engaged in a positive, wellness-focused environment. Responsibilities can be tailored
to match your skills and interests.
We're Looking For Someone With Skills or Background In:
● Office administration or customer service
● Marketing, communications, or community outreach
● Scheduling and organization
● Comfort using basic technology (Google Workspace, Canva, etc.)
● Warm interpersonal skills and a calm, professional demeanor
This role offers a relaxed pace with room to take initiative and contribute meaningfully.

● $20/hour (negotiable based on experience and availability)
