Job Overview:
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media. Support marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, tracking results, and managing content. Key skills include organization, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Create visually appealing images and marketing materials.
• Coordinate and manage marketing materials, ensuring they are up to date and readily available.
• Manage and edit lists.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights for marketing strategies.
• Assist in the creation and proofreading of marketing content, such as blog posts, emails, and social media posts.
• Learn/use various digital marketing software (Google analytics, Canva, MailChimp, Agency Revolution, Rocket Referral, Adobe).
• Help maintain and update our website content and ensure it is current and aligns with marketing efforts.
• Support the organization and coordination of marketing events and trade shows.
• Monitor and analyze marketing data to track campaign performance and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to the marketing team.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or a related role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of marketing software and social media platforms.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Team player and contributor.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
