Job Summary:
Masuda's Cafe is a Halal brunch café in Amherst, MA, serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch with a South Asian fusion. We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, be knowledgeable about the menu, and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and barista staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest concerns or special requests with care and professionalism.
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.

• Prior serving or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Friendly, team-oriented, and reliable.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
